Double Oak Vineyards & Winery

Double Oak is a family farm and artisan winery producing limited production, estate grown Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Chardonnay. Their nine acres of deeply rooted vineyards (dating back to 1982) express a superb Northern Sierra terroir. The outstanding fine wine produced by Bob and Ginny Hilsman displays the intensity of mountain grown fruit, full-bodied yet well-balanced and complex. Double Oak is located on a beautiful Sierra ridge top at a 2500' elevation 15 miles north of Nevada City.
They welcome visitors for wine tasting and sales, picnicking,  tours and winery events.
The Double Oak Tasting Room is open Saturdays, 11 to 5, Mid-February through December. The Tasting Room is also open by appointment January through December.
